Competitor Claims...
As in any industry competition exists between the manufacturers of ozone generators. In an effort to promote their products other leading competitors have made claims regarding our ozone systems. This page addresses some of those issues.
Before beginning, however, we would like to point out that we support ozone technology in the many different forms and applications provided by all ozone companies. In the coming years we hope to introduce ozone technology to many more people and understand that competition between leading companies fuels this effort.
That being said here are a few claims worthy of discussion...
'Our units cannot be as powerful as we claim they are'...
Our units ARE as powerful as we say they are. In the over 1850 units we've sold we have never had a customer complain that the unit is not as strong as advertised. Again, take a look at our feedback. We are able to manufacture such a strong unit for a low price by focusing on parts that add power, not on unecessary features. After receiving your unit, if it is not exactly as advertised, send it back... we offer a full refund in the event you are not 100% satisfied.
'Mica plate generators will break, crack, or flake over time diminishing their power'...
Again, history tells us this just isn't the case. While unfamiliar with the exact design of other generators using mica product, our generator pack is assembled in a rigid manner allowing for hundreds of hours of use before a replacement would even be considered. While you cannot easily take out the plates for replacement we have learned that this is unecessary for several years under normal use. We have never seen a unit returned for broken or cracked mica plates, however, we do still offer a replacement policy (see warranty at the 'OUR STORE' page) if you are not 100% satisfied.
*key note- we recently made greater improvements to our mica product resulting in an even higher level of performance with longer-lasting capabilities! We invested in this improvement and are happy to provide only the best performance and quality for our customers.
